Explanation of the most used cookies

Facebook Pixel

Facebook Piksel is used in particular for the purpose of displaying interest-based advertisements (“Ads”) to users of our websites during their visits to the social network Facebook (and the associated social network Instagram) on Facebook, Instagram and the Facebook advertising network (Audience Network), i.e. and on other Internet stations, as well as for the purpose of measuring the effect of displayed ads on conversion and optimization. We also use Facebook’s Custom Audience function, which is based on website visits, in order to share target groups with interested partners. In doing so, only the name and size of the target group are shared to ensure the display of ads aligned with interests. No personal data and/or statistical data are exchanged with partners.

Google advertising and conversion tracking

Google Conversion Tracking is an analytical service provided by Google Ireland Limited.

If you visit our website via Google ads, Google places a conversion cookie on your device. It is not used for personal identification. If, when visiting certain pages, our cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that someone has clicked on an ad and thus been redirected to our website. Each buyer of Google Ads (interest-based advertising) receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of Google Ads customers.

The information collected by the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google-Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. We, as a customer of Google Ads, find out the total number of users who clicked on the ad and were redirected to a page marked with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information through which personal identification of the user would be possible.

Google advertising and remarketing

We use Google Ireland Limited’s remarketing technology to retarget users who have already visited our website with interest-based advertising on the pages of Google’s partner network.

We can use cookies to analyze your interests during your visit to our website, and then use them to advertise relevant products. If they match your interests, our ads will be shown to you not only when you visit our website, but also a Google website or a website of the Google partner network. In this case, we transmit the corresponding data to Google. At the same time, advertisements/advertising means may contain, for example, products that you have previously viewed on our website.

If you have given your consent for Google to associate your login and search history with your account and for information from your Google account to be used to personalize ads, Google will use this data for remarketing on all your devices. If in this case you are logged in to Google while visiting our websites, Google will use your data together with user data on Google to create and define lists of target groups for remarketing on all the devices you use. Your personal data held by Google will also be connected for a short time with user data on Google for the purpose of creating target groups.
